Preparation of Snack using Egg

• Take eggs and make them to boil.

• Then separate egg white and yolk.

•  Take egg yolk in a bowl. Smash it using a spoon and keep it aside.        

•  Meanwhile in a bowl add a little all-purpose flour, salt, and water and make a batter.

•  Dip the egg white in this batter and coat with bread crumbs. Coat all egg whites with bread crumbs.

•  Then pour some oil in a pan and fry them.

•  After that add finely chopped carrot, onion, cucumber, and coriander leaves into the egg yolk.

•  Then add mayonnaise according to your taste and quantity of egg yolk and mix all together.

•  Fill this mixture to egg white.

•  Then you can garnish with tomato ketchup and coriander leaves as in the picture. Now our tasty snack is ready which is prepared using the egg.
