Super Easy Orange cake without Oven
Fragrant, moist and fluffy cake flavored with freshly
prepared orange juice along with the orange zest.
I prepared this orange cake in a healthy way. I didn't use any preservative, or colour or any type of essence to prepare this orange cake. This is a perfect cake for tea time. I baked this orange cake several times.
Ingredients
- Egg 2
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Orange juice 1/4 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Orange zest 1 tsp
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Method of preparation
- Add two whole eggs in a bowl and beat using an egg beater.
- After two minutes when it becomes a little fluffy add orange juice.
- Then oil, orange zest, and mix using whisk or beater.
- Then after that add baking powder and all-purpose flour little by little and mix using spatula or spoon
- Grease a cake mould with butter or oil and pour the batter into it.
- Tap it slowly to remove air bubbles
- Pre-heat the oven set up for 10-15 minutes under medium flame
- Keep the cake batter inside under low flame (in pre-heated oven -175 degree for 45 minutes)
- After 40 minutes open the pan, the cake is ready.
Notes to remember
> use sweet ripe orange, not bland or unripe orange.
> don't make orange juice along with seeds.
> when you taking or peeling orange zest be careful.
