        Here I am making detailed writing on the beef dry fry. You can try at your home. 

          Beef dry fry is a traditional Kerala beef recipe. We can serve it along with parotta, ghee rice, pathiri, chappati, etc. It is having a spicy taste. Here I used the simplest way to prepare. There are many ways to prepare beef dry fry. I added all the spices together before cooking and after cooking the beef asked to make them fry to get it dry. That's all I have done here for you to make the simplest recipe.

Beef Dry Fry

Ingredients for Beef Dry Fry

  • Turmeric powder
  • Pepper powder
  • chilly powder
  • coriander powder
  • cumin powder
  • garam masala powder
  • crushed dry red chilly
  • ginger garlic paste
  • salt

Method of preparation of Beef Dry Fry

  • cut the beef into small pieces. Wash it well to remove water from the beef.

  • Add cut beef into a bowl and add all other ingredients into beef.

  • Mix them well altogether.

  • Transfer into a pressure cooker and pour some water.

  • pressure cook marinated beef until it got well cooked. Here I used 8 whistles to cook the beef well. Then switch off the flame.wait for the steam to go completely. Then open the pressure cooker

  • Heat oil in a pan under medium flame and add some oil. Add cooked beef. Keep stirring in between and some curry leaves also.

  • Continue cooking until beef become dry. Add little oil if it sticking on to the pan and cook under low flame. Now our tasty dry beef dry fry is ready.
