Oats with milk
Children will like this dish. This is healthy food for them. We can cook oat with sugar or alt by adding milk. Here I used to prepare the oat with milk and sugar.

- Oats-1 cup
- Milk-3 cups
- Sugar-as required
- Ghee-1 tbsp
- Carrot-1
- Apple-1
- Cashewnuts
- Almonds
- Raisin
- salt-a pinch
How to prepare oats Payasam
- Take a saucepan then add ghee into it.
- when ghee melts add grated apple, carrot, and nut into it.
- Then add sugar according to your taste.
- Pour milk into it.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- When the milk starts to boil, add the oats.
- Keep boiling for some time under low flame.
- Keep stirring until it become cooked and become creamy.
