Carrot juice is one of the healthiest and most delicious juices out there. Rich in beta-carotene, fiber and antioxidants, it is excellent for your health, and ideal if you want to improve or maintain your tan during the summer months. Ø  4 large fresh carrots (equivalent for two glasses)

Steps to follow:

1. Carrot juice is certainly an ideal drink for the summer. But because of the benefits of the carrot, it should be consumed throughout the year. If you don't have much time to cook, the following will interest you...


2. To make delicious carrot juice, it is important to choose fresh, hard carrots with an intense orange color.


Start by washing and peeling the carrot to remove the dirt covering it.


3. Put it in the juicer or blender with a little water to mix everything well. Add the juice of one lemon and blend for at least one minute.

Your carrot juice is almost ready, strain it to remove any hard bits and give it the perfect texture.


Normally this drink does not require sugar since the carrot is naturally sweet, but if tasting the juice you do not agree, add a little sugar or a spoonful of honey.
